Former world champion Bevan Docherty, 29, will make a rare appearance on home soil in Saturday's fourth round of the national triathlon series in Christchurch.
Docherty says he is looking forward to the race, which includes a 1.5km swim, a 40km out-and-back cycle leg and a 10km two-lap run course to Lyttelton.
