New Zealander Will Bamber has orchestrated a stunning last to first drive to win rouond four of the China GT Championship at the Zhuhai International Circuit.
Bamber and co-driver Bian Hao started the race in 10th place but dropped to the back of the field after a first lap incident.
The duo then started their recovery, tearing through the field and picking up spots at will.
Bamber caught race leader Kimi King on the final lap. King made a mistake and Bamber went through to seal a memorable win.
"Kimi had a fantastic race from the beginning, he piled through the field. [But] we had our chance at the end," Bamber said.
"My partner here did a fantastic job in the first few laps - we gave him a hurry up and he performed. I'm super happy, I'd like to thank JRM and the entire team for their effort this weekend.
