KEY POINTS:
There's much more to the Hamilton 400 than just fantastic motor race action from the V8 Supercars.
The third round of the V8 Supercar Championships takes place this weekend and the action is sure to be fast and furious. There's support racing from the best in New Zealand, including the NZV8s, Porsche GT3s and Toyota Racing Series cars.
There's also loads of excitement on the track to keep fans entertained between racing, including the Capa Stunt Team from Australia, led by Matt Mingay.
Mingay is best known for his stunt work in movies like Mission Impossible.
There are also four remarkable drag cars that will perform spectacular displays and there's a display each day from the New Zealand Air Force.
But not all the activities are on the track.
The Ford Family Zone in Seddon Park will have loads of activities for children and a monster screen showing the live racing action.
At night, there will be three hours of live concerts, which are free for anyone who has purchased a ticket to the Hamilton 400. They include performances by Supergroove, Pluto, The Feelers and Kora.
The week's activities begin on Thursday with the official powhiri and the public track walk from 1pm from the main entrance.
There's a chance to meet the drivers on Thursday, with two signing sessions at Centreplace and The Base in Te Rapa beginning at 5pm.
