KEY POINTS:
The development team behind the home-grown Hulme sports car has produced a 40th anniversary tribute to Denny Hulme's 1967 Formula One world drivers' championship win.
A limited-edition poster showing New Zealander Hulme, photos and signatures of 28 drivers who raced against him between 1965 and 1974 and the prototype of the road-going sports car is for sale at $275 plus $20 postage.
Two hundred of the 1050 copies are reserved for sale in New Zealand.
Said organiser Jock Fremantle: "Getting the signatures and approvals has been an eye-opener. I knew Denny was a great driver, but I did not understand the high regard other drivers had for him." Each poster is also signed by Hulme's wife Greeta.
Hulme died of a heart attack during the 1992 Bathurst 1000 endurance race.
The 28 drivers include Formula One champions Jack Brabham, Phil Hill, John Surtees, Jackie Stewart, Emerson Fittipaldi, Niki Lauda, Mario Andretti, Jody Scheckter.
Others to sign: Richard Attwood, Derek Bell, John P. Beltoise, Bob Bondurant, Andrea de Adamich, Vic Elford, George Follmer, Howden Ganley, Frank Gardner, Peter Gethin, Dan Gurney, J.P.Jarier, Guy Ligier, John Miles, Jackie Oliver, Hendri Pescarolo, Brian Redman, Carlos Reutemann, Tim Schenken and John Watson.
