F1 drivers Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenburg involved in on-air spat

Most F1 drivers are able to keep their personal rivalries behind closed doors, but one spilled out live on TV after the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Haas driver Kevin Magnussen was giving an interview to a Norwegian broadcaster when he was approached by Renault's Nico Hulkenberg, who was clearly unhappy.

Hulkenberg had been forced to retire from the race one lap before the end, following an incident when he was forced off the track while looking to overtake Magnussen.

The German driver tapped the Danish racer on the shoulder as he was speaking and told him he was "once again, the most unsporting driver", with a thumbs up.

Magnussen was entirely unapologetic, telling Hulkenberg to "suck my b****, honey", before his rival was led away by a Renault official.

The Haas racer had been punished during the Grand Prix with a five-second penalty after he was judged to have forced the Renault off the track.

Magnussen eventually finished 13th, in a race won by Sebastian Vettel with his Ferrari team mate Kimi Raikkonen in second place.

They were not the only drivers to fall out during the race, with Daniel Ricciardo unhappy with his Red Bull team mate Max Verstappen.

The pair clashed on the third corner of the race, with Ricciardo forced to retire after Verstappen hit the side of his car, breaking his radiator. The Australian described his colleague as a 'f***ing sore loser'.
