Series leader Mark Winterbottom believes Pro-Drive Racing and Red Bull Racing's run of success in Darwin will count for little heading into this weekend's latest round of the V8 Supercars championship.
The two leading teams have won every race at the Hidden Valley track since 2011 but Winterbottom says this year's championship is far more open.
There have been nine different winners from the 11 races so far with seven different teams tasting success.
"The way the season is going it is hard to read," four-time Hidden Valley race winner Winterbottom says.
"It is definitely open this year. Previously there have been only a couple of teams that have won races. Anyone can win this year.
