Kiwi V8 Supercars driver Chris Pither is itching to get back on track in Darwin this weekend.
After a disappointing start to the season Pither has found his feet the past two rounds, setting times comparable to his Pro-Drive Racing teammates at the pointy end of the field.
The month-long break between rounds came at an inopportune time for the Kiwi rookie, who was keen to continue his run of form.
"After Winton I'm really excited to get back in the car," Pither says ahead of this weekend's round at Hidden Valley Raceway.
"There is a lot of potential there and it's a shame that we had that break in the middle but I'm feeling refreshed and ready to give it a good run in Darwin.
