New Zealand driver Greg Murphy is concentrating on next season, having accepted his hopes of a decent finish in this year's V8 Supercar championship are over.
Murphy is in 12th place overall after the latest round in Tasmania, having finished the first race in 20th, and finishing fifth in both the second and third races.
He says they made some alterations to the car after the disappointing first race, but with one round to go, and the season effectively gone, it is all about next year.
Murphy's aim is to get a good result at Phillip Island in two weeks, and learn some more ahead of 2006.
Garth Tander won all three races at the weekend. Russell Ingall leads the overall standings by 49 points from Craig Lowndes, with Marcos Ambrose 86 points behind Ingall.
