Kiwi Le Mans winners Brendon Hartley and Earl Bamber return to action this weekend with the latest round of the WEC at the Nurburgring.
The driver trio of Hartley, Bamber and Timo Bernhard hold a narrow lead in the drivers' championship after three of the nine rounds while the team will look to increase its lead in the manufacturers' championship at their home event in Germany.
The Porsche outfit will unveil its latest aero package this weekend.
"After winning Le Mans, we went straight to a very positive three-day performance test in Barcelona," Porsche LMP1 team principal Andreas Seidl told Motorsport.com.
"Our new high-downforce aero looks good; now it has to prove its performance on the race track. We feel well prepared for the six-hour race at the Nurburgring."
