KEY POINTS:
Ford's Mikko Hirvonen took the lead at the end of the second leg of the motor Rally of Turkey on Saturday to move a commanding 34.2 seconds clear of world championship leader Sebastien Loeb in third place.
Hirvonen, who trails Citroen driver Loeb by one point after seven rallies this season, started one second behind the Frenchman after initiating a tactical ploy on Friday to keep the world champion in the unwanted role of "roadsweeper".
