Kiwi racer Mitch Evans is hoping to go one better and register his first championship point at Formula E's Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City on Sunday.
The Panasonic Jaguar Racing factory driver looked primed to take a breakthrough championship point in the last round in Argentina before bad luck hit his chances late in the race.
This year - Evans's and the team's first in the emerging category - was always about learning and improving but the team exceeded expectations in Argentina.
"It felt great to have such a positive weekend in Buenos Aires," Evans said. "With each race, the whole process becomes smoother and more streamlined. I'm really enjoying the feeling in the garage and getting to know the engineers and mechanics really well.
"We are progressing through our programme as planned, getting the first few races under our belts, gathering important data and it's great to learn from each race, whether on track or in the way we operate as a team."
