Supercars race winner Craig Baird is confirmed to step into the #4 Erebus Motorsport Supercar at this weekend's Ipswich SuperSprint.
Baird is highly experienced, with 164 Supercars Championship race starts under his belt, as well as five Australian Porsche Carrera Cup titles.
"I have raced with Erebus in the past and am familiar and confident with their program," Baird said.
"I currently race an Erebus prepared AMG in the Autstralian GT Championship so have worked closely with their crew and Barry Ryan.
"This coupled with my experience in a Supercar will give us a good foundation to build on this weekend."
Baird also drove for the team during their 2013/2014 Endurance Cup campaign.
"I think the team have turned a corner with their car speed over the last couple of races, and their recent race results prove that," Baird continued.
Baird will have his first running in the car on Friday afternoon.
