An Auckland rally duo have been accepted to contest the Norwegian world rally championship (WRC) in what will be a first for a New Zealand rally team.
Andrew Grant and Glenn Goldring will lease a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO8 from Finland for the WRC's third round event which runs February 16-18.
Grant said the pair made a decision to try and contest the rally while on a skiing
