Anonymous Taupo donors have come up with the final $25,000 to allow Team Kiwi to pay $400,000 for their new Ford V8 Supercar for next season.
The donors had seen the team's plight after their crash at Bathurst and promised as they got off the plane from Australia that they would do what it took to keep the team racing.
