Lisa Carrington is through to her third final at the canoe sprint world championships in the Czech Republic.
The quartet of Carrington, Kayla Imrie, Caitlin Ryan and Aimee Fisher registered the fastest time in the heats of the K4 500 metres to advance to the medal race.
The double Olympic Champion also remains on course for a fourth final, having won her heats in the K1 200.She says they put high expectations on themselves and so now it's time to live up to it.
Lisa Carrington earlier progressed to the finals of the K1 500 and K2 500 with Caitlin Ryan.
