Kayaking: Split with Fergusons behind Fouhy's decision

Ben Fouhy has revealed the real reason behind his decision to quit kayaking.

The Olympic silver medallist cites a complete breakdown in his relationship with coach Ian Ferguson and team mate Steven and refutes Canoeing New Zealand's claims he has left the sport because of personal reasons.

Fouhy says he never wanted to go public with his frustrations, but has been left with no choice after being heavily criticised by the Fergusons.
