The New Zealand women's hockey team completed a cleansweep over Korea tonight by winning the fifth and final test 3-1 in Auckland.
The world seventh ranked side won the series 5-0 over the eighth ranked side.
The New Zealanders finished the stronger tonight after being held to 1-1 until late in the match but they sealed the result they sought with goals to defender Clarissa Eshuis in the 57th minute and striker Katie Glynn all of three minutes later.
The home side led 1-0 at halftime after a 19th-minute goal to Krystal Forgesson, which was cancelled out when Korea's Young Sil Lee responded in the 47th minute.
