Hockey: NZ men draw against France

Phil Burrows scored in the last movement of the match to save the New Zealand men's hockey team another loss to France in their European tour today (NZ time).

The 1-1 draw match however saw the Black Sticks lose the two-match series 1-0 after yesterday's 2-1 loss in Bourge.

France led with a goal and Burrow's equaliser came in the final seconds of the game.

The Black Sticks' next game is against Belgium in Nivelles on Saturday.
