The Black Sticks women's hockey team have won 4-1 in their fifth match against India in Wellington tonight.
Black Sticks' coach Mark Hager asked for a strong start from his side, and he got it.
Within the first two minutes Aniwaka Roberts made a break, passing to Charlotte Harrison who found Katie Glynn in the circle who knocked it straight in.
Glynn scored her second of the game from a penalty corner, giving the Kiwis a 2-0 half time lead.
The second half saw goals from Anita Punt and Michaela Curtis, and India's Kaur Jaspreet scored in the 56th minute.
