Coach Colin Batch has extended his contract for another four years through to the Tokyo Olympics.
Batch says if they're going to be consistently performing at world tournaments they need to build on the depth of talent nationally.
He says to do that they need to keep producing younger players coming through the system who can put pressure on the current crop of players.
