Hayden Paddon has enlisted New Zealand's leading mental skills coach ahead of his first full season in the World Rally Championship.
The Hyundai driver has revealed he's been working with specialists in neuroscience and sports psychology in the lead-up to his biggest year yet.
While reluctant to name names, Paddon says he's been lucky enough to be introduced to All Blacks mental skills coach Gilbert Enoka.
The WRC season starts in Monte Carlo next week.
