Gordon Walker has won the Coast to Coast multi sport world championship. The Aucklander won in 11h 39m 22s, 16 minutes clear of Gordon Blythen.
Walker, who was second in the race the past two years, took the lead during the kayak leg and raced away to win the 25th anniversary of the race across the South Island.
