Kiwi left-hander Tim Wilkinson has continued his strong form with a top 10 finish at the AT & T Byron Nelson tournament in Texas.
He bogeyed the last hole to drop into a tie for 4th behind Sergio Garcia who beat Brooks Koepka in a playoff.
Wilkinson closed with a two under 68 to complete four rounds in the sixties while countryman Danny Lee matched that sub par feat and ended up in a tie for 18th.
Lee began with a sizzling 63 while Wilkinson emulated that with his third round score which threw him into contention.
He made a strong run until he bogeyed the 12th and could not make any headway on the closing holes.
