Another solid round has Danny Lee poised for an excellent ending to his breakthrough PGA Tour season.
The 25 year old Kiwi has had seven top-10 finishes in the 2014/2015 PGA Tour season, and an eighth is in the pipeline at the season-ending Tour Championship.
Through three rounds, Lee is in a tie for 10th at even-par, having shot a one-under par 69 this morning to jump up two spots on what is a tough East Lake course featuring most of the world's best 30 golfers.
Lee is also currently placed 18th on the FedEx Cup leaderboard, of whom the winner receives $US 10 million.
That prize looks like it will come down to a two-horse race between the two players fighting for the Tour Championship crown - Jordan Spieth and Henrik Stenson.
