New Zealand golfer Tim Wilkinson is in with a chance for his first PGA Tour title at the Puerto Rico Open.
Wilkinson is in a share of fourth at 13-under par, two shots off the lead after shooting a three-under 69 in his third round today.
The left-hander had four birdies and the solitary bogey to stay steady just behind the leaders, after he rocketed into contention with a nine-under 63 in his second round yesterday.
Wilkinson's best ever result in 145 PGA Tour starts is a second placed finish at the Texas Open in 2008. He has made seven cuts in nine events this season, but has yet to earn a top 20 finish.
Fellow Kiwis Danny Lee and Steven Alker also made the cut, with Lee in tied 56th at five-under, and Alker in a share of 65th and four-under.
