New Zealand golfer Tim Wilkinson has produced a season-best finish at the PGA Tour's RBC Canadian Open.
A final round four-under par 68 jumped Wilkinson up 26 spots to end in a tie for 22nd, his best finish on the PGA Tour this season.
After making the cut on the number, Wilkinson's final two rounds were excellent, with a 69 and 68 vaulting him up the leaderboard. His round today included four birdies in his last six holes.
Wilkinson has made just eight cuts in 25 PGA Tour events this season, and is at risk of losing his full-time playing card. His previous best finish this season was a tie for 29th at the OHL Classic.
Australian star Jason Day won the tournament at 17-under, by one shot over America's Bubba Watson.
