Nick Price has thrown his support behind Greg Norman to captain the International team at the next Presidents Cup golf event in 2007.
It is widely expected that Australian Norman and Zimbabwean Price, both multiple major champions and former world No 1 players, will be the next two captains.
Price thinks Norman should get first crack at the job.
"Greg's two years older than me and I think it's only fair he should do it before I do," Price said. "I would be a little uncomfortable if they asked me ahead of Greg. He put a lot into the Presidents Cup and he's done a lot for international golf."
Norman will be 52 at the 2007 staging of the biennial contest between the United States and the International team at Royal Montreal in Canada, while Price will be 52 when the event returns to the US in 2009.
