Play has begun in the final round of the ISPS Handa NZ Women's in Christchurch in light rain and cold conditions.
The third round was scheduled to begin at 8:05am today but relentless rain waterlogged parts of the Pegasus Golf and Sports Club course, meaning play was delayed to a 9:55am start.
A two tee start of the first and the 10th has been employed with the final group teeing off the first hole at 11:30am.
Six players share the lead heading into the final round including New Zealand amateur Lydia Ko who is looking to become the first Kiwi to win the National Open.
She will tee off at the same time as originally scheduled at 11:20am alongside Carlota Ciganda (Spain) and Alison Walshe (USA).
