Just over a month ago Kiwi golfer Nick Voke was still searching for his first professional victory. Now he has three.
Voke capped off a remarkable run on the PGA Tour China series last night by claiming victory at Clearwater Bay Open, the final event of the series.
The win was his third in 35 days following victories in Qinhuangdao and Macau last month.
The 23-year-old fired a final round 67 to finish the Hong Kong tournament at 14-under, three shots clear of Englishman Callum Tarren.
Voke finished third on the order of merit despite playing only five events in China, nine fewer than the two players above him. The top-five finish in the order of merit secured Voke a spot on the Web.com Tour in the USA, the level below the PGA Tour.
