American Troy Merritt has continued to hold the chasing pack at bay in the third round of the latest PGA Tour event in South Carolina.
Merritt signed for a two under 69, to be 14-under for the tournament. He is three shots clear of a group of three compatriots, Brendon Todd, Matt Kuchar and Kevin Kisner.
Masters champion Jordan Spieth is a further two shots back in a share of eighth.
Kiwi Danny Lee is tied for 54th at two under for the tournament after shooting a 69.
