Lydia Ko has claimed a share of sixth place at the JTBC Founders Cup on the LPGA Tour in Phoenix.
After starting today (mon) in a tie for fifth, the Kiwi 17-year-old carded a three-under 69, which included four birdies and a bogey, that took her to 15-under for the week.
But the hot scoring of others around her meant she dropped one spot down the leaderboard as she finished six strokes back from winner Hyo Joo Kim who produced a three-shot victory over American Stacy Lewis.
Ko, the world No 1, has continued a consistent season and sits atop the Race to the CME Globe standings, which is the season-long points race on the LPGA Tour.
