Consistency is the key for women's world number three Lydia Ko going into the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.
Addressing the media ahead of the second women's golf major of the year, Ko said she had been working hard on consistently getting herself into good positions.
"I'm working hard to keep consistently putting myself in positions, no matter what ranked player you're in, you can always get better, and I think that's the great thing about golf. So that's what I'm going to keep doing."
After spending 104 weeks at world number one, Ko dropped to third in the world. But her focus isn't on getting back there.
"I'm trying to stay positive and to me I'm thinking about how I can be more consistent and put myself in contention rather than thinking about I really you know want to be the number 1 ranked player again".
