Lydia Ko has retained the world number one women's golf ranking despite rival Inbee Park finishing second at the Lotte Championship over the weekend.
Former world number one Park lost in a playoff to fellow South Korean Sei Young-Kim who holed out for eagle on the first playoff hole.
The second placing saw Park move ahead of Stacey Lewis into second in the world rankings.
Ko missed the tournament, taking a two week break ahead of her defence of the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic in San Francisco this week. Ko is looking to bounce back from her worst finish on the year in her last outing - a tie for 51st at the ANA Inspiration. That came after six straight top 10 finishes.
It is Ko's 12th week atop of the world rankings.
