Lydia Ko has recorded her third consecutive top 10 finish on the LPGA Tour, finishing in a share of eighth at the Founders Cup in Arizona.
Ko finished the tournament at 20-under par in a supremely low-scoring event in which 59 golfers finished at 10-under or better.
The world number one's third round of 63 vaulted her temporarily into second spot, but she was surpassed by a slew of low scores to go into the final day in a share of seventh.
A bogey-free four-under par final round was solid but unspectacular as Ko couldn't keep up with the pace set by Anna Nordqvist, who won the tournament by two shots at a scintillating 25-under par.
World number two Ariya Jutanugarn finished second, but still trails Ko in the world rankings by a significant margin.
