Golf: Leembruggen to direct NZ Open

New Zealand Golf has appointed Rod Leembruggen as tournament director for the New Zealand Open at Gulf Harbour in November.

Leembruggen has played a significant role in some of Australia's most prestigious golf events in the past 18 years including the Heineken Classic from 1993-2005, the Australian PGA Championship from 2002-2004 and the Presidents Cup in 1998.
