New Zealand golf No 1 Danny Lee has slipped back to a share of 13th place after round two of the Reno-Tahoe Open on the PGA Tour.
The 21-year-old Korean born Kiwi, who carded a four-under par 68 at the Montreux Golf and Country Club in round one to be in a share of sixth place, dropped seven places after a two-under par 70 that earned him six modified stableford points.
The Modified Stableford system allocates points based on the number of strokes taken at each hole, with the goal of achieving the highest overall score.
The scoring works as follows: a birdie earns two points, an eagle five points, a double eagle eight points, a par earns no points, bogey means a player loses one point and a double bogey or worse loses three points.
Lee is on a 16 points total after making four birdies and two bogeys in the second round to trail Brazilian Alexandre Rocha by eight points.
