Danny Lee carded an even-par 69 during the final round of the AT&T Byron Nelson tournament in Texas on the PGA Tour today as he finished in a share of 34th at six-under.
Lee's rounds are often full of varied scoring and today's one was no different as he made seven pars, five birdies, three bogeys, two double bogeys and an eagle.
The 24-year-old was 12 strokes back from Australian Steven Bowditch (18-under) who won the event. Lee was projected to jump one spot to 51st on the FedEx Cup standings. Fellow Kiwis Steven Alker and Tim Wilkinson missed the cut.
Meanwhile, Michael Hendry carded a two-under 70 during the final round of the Mizuno Open on the Japan Tour yesterday as he finished at five-under for the week in a share of 14th place.
Hendry may feel slightly disappointed with that result given he fired a nine-under 63 in the opening round but couldn't recapture that form during the rest of the tournament; a third round of 77 was particularly costly.
