Danny Lee has recorded his fourth top-25 finish of the PGA Tour season after he claimed a share of 17th at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando.
Lee carded an even-par 72 in the final round today as he dropped five spots down the leaderboard. The tournament featured a host of low scores at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge and Lee picked up only one stroke during the final two rounds as others prospered.
The Kiwi fired a bogey-free eight-under 64 during his second round, which put him in contention after the cut was made but he couldn't recapture that form. He had three birdies and as many bogeys today as he finished at nine-under for the week.
American Matt Every won the tournament at 19-under after firing a six-under 66 in the final round. Sweden's Henrik Stenson was second, one stroke back, while Australia Matt Jones was third at 17-under.
Lee's finish will likely see him jump to 42nd on the FedEx Cup standings and his season has continued to improve.
