Lee, who opened with a five-under 65 on Friday, fired a one-over 71 today as he slipped back to a share of 43rd at three-under for the tournament.
Wilkinson carded an even-par 70 but dropped to a share of 61st during a low-scoring day at The Old White TPC.
American Billy Hurley III leads the tournament at 12-under, two strokes ahead of Angel Cabrera (-10).
