Lydia Ko has had another strong tournament on the LPGA Tour, finishing in a share of fourth place at the Manulife Financial LPGA Classic in Ontario, Canada.
The 17-year-old shot a final round five-under 66 to finish the tournament at 16-under, seven shots behind winner, and world number one, Inbee Park. The South Korean began the day in second but surged past overnight leader Shanshan Feng with a 10-under 61.
Ko's round included an eagle at the par five fifth hole and four birdies. She ended her round and tournament with back-to-back birdies to move into the top five and take home $US69,332 ($NZ81,500).
It is the New Zealander's fourth top five finish this year and take her yearly earnings to $NZ740,000.
The next stop on the LPGA Tour is the US Open at Pinehurst, North Carolina, starting June 19.
