Lydia Ko dropped off the pace at the LPGA Classic in Michigan this morning.
Ko had gone into the day in a tie for fifth, but an even par third round has left her stranded at five-under, eight shots off the leader, Korea's Inbee Park.
Ko hit birdies on the eighth, 11th and 17th holes but they were offset by bogeys on the second, 16th, and 18th.
The 17-year-old headed into the clubhouse in a tie for 12th with American Christie Kerr.
Park has the outright lead at 13-under, while fellow Korean Mirim Lee is just one shot back at 12-under.
