Michael Hendry column: Timing the key to success
Hendry had a mixed campaign in Japan last year but did well enough to retain his card. His future is secured for the next couple of seasons with this win, which netted him $280,000.
The world No 395 was unsettled away from the greens last year as he welcomed the birth of his daughter but the 35-year-old told the Herald in January he was committed to having a big season.
