Golf: Hendry shares fourth

North Harbour golf professional Michael Hendry leads the New Zealanders after the opening round of the Papua New Guinea Open.

Hendry shot a one under 71 for a share of fourth place, three shots off the lead of Australian Grant Scott.

Another regular winner from the Charles Tour, Doug Holloway had an even par 72 at the Port Moresby Golf Club.
