North Harbour newcomer Reg Fleet came from behind to halve his match and secured the Freyberg Masters provincial golf title for his team at Invercargill yesterday.
North Harbour edged out defending champions Wellington 3-2 in a closely fought and tense final, denying the capital side who were attempting to become the first team to win a hat-trick of titles in the national provincial team championship for golfers 40 years and over.
