Tauranga professional golfer Josh Geary had hit the crossroads in his career when he decided to commit full time to the China Tour this year.
That decision has been a master stroke for the 30-year-old.
On Sunday, Geary won the Yulongwan Yunnan Open, his third victory from seven starts on the tour to take his earnings to 499,423 yuan ($121,900). Geary's final round included a hole-in-one, his first in a professional event and sixth in his career

Winning the China Tour's order of merit would give him a full card on next year's Web.com Tour, where he played in 2011. Geary is well placed to do so with seven tournaments left to play.
