New Zealand golfer Josh Geary is tied for 10th after shooting a four-under 67 in the third round at the latest Nationwide Tour event in North Carolina.
Geary lies four shots off the lead held jointly by American trio Troy Kelly, Ryan Armour and Martin Flores after his six birdie, two bogey round of 67 at The Rex Hospital Open on the TPC Wakefield Plantation course.
His round saw him leap 16 places up the field while Manawatu left-hander Tim Wilkinson was left to rue two bogeys on the back nine after getting to three-under par at the turn. He dropped to a share of 19th, six shots off the lead.
