Kiwi golfer Danny Lee has made the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open on the PGA Tour in San Diego but countryman Steven Alker has missed out.
Lee carded a two-under 70 today that included five birdies and three bogeys as he moved to a share of 33rd at three-under for the week.
The 24-year-old, who began the week in 38th on the FedEx Cup standings, is seven shots back from leader Harris English (-10). English holds a a two-stroke lead over a trio of players, including Scotland's Martin Laird.
Alker, who has mixed his form during his first season on the PGA Tour since 2003, fired rounds of 74 and 71 as he missed the cut by two strokes.
Alker's one-under 71 today was a curious round as he had six birdies, three bogeys and one double bogey.
