Golf: Campbell misses out on Open spot

Kiwi golfer Michael Campbell has just missed out on qualifying for next month's British Golf Open at Sandwich.

Campbell has finished tied for fourth at final qualifying in Kent, three shots behind the winner.

He was in a position to qualify on six under par with two holes to go but bogeyed the last two holes to just miss out.

Kiwi amateur Ben Campbell also failed to qualify.
