Golf: Campbell 14th on amateur list

New Zealand golfer Ben Campbell has jumped into the top-20 in the latest world amateur rankings.

The Masterton golfer leapt 43 places to 14th on the latest rankings released yesterday.

Campbell, 18, made the big move after his victory in last week's Tauranga Open, a Charles Tour event including elite professionals and amateurs.

He recently finished runner-up in the Australian amateur championships and third in the New Zealand strokeplay.
