Golf: Brooky qualifies for women's US Open

Lynnette Brooky has ensured a New Zealand presence at the US Open women's golf championship.

Brooky, who won the Spanish Open on the women's European Tour last month, was top qualifier in the 36-hole event at Knollwood Country Club in Detroit this week, with rounds of 71 and 76.
